Hello,
Welcome to the forum. Frankly, I see an acute need for socializing and networking among old and antique toy collectors. The groups are too fragmented and my hope is to pass on knowledge to the next wave of collectors.
Currently younger collectors have a large barrier into entry in the hobby. Education and networking can lower this barrier.
Also, knowledge isn't necessarily being passed on to others in this (now) expensive hobby. Please contribute to the threads and maybe the community can grow again.
Please know that my requirements are to keep the forum safe, polite, free of hate, free to severely off topic discussions, and to enjoy the hobby of toys!

Dear Ed,
I am avid toy collector, mostly 70's and 80's toys. However, my mother recently passed away and she had a Brooklyn Dodgers doll from the 1920's or possibly earlier. I have searched the internet and cannot find anything like it. I wanted to see if you might have any insight on this?
Best, Scott
