This is an odd one.
Possibly German bisque character head only who sticks out his wobbly tongue. They soft cloth "body" stuffed into a small red wooden cylinder shaped box.
Looks like the original case.
No makers mark.
Measurements of cylinder shaped box:
5.8 cm tall
2.6 cm diameter
Date?
A better description please.
Any idea of maker
Is it from Germany?
