I remember a toy as a child (and to be honest, I'm not sure it was a toy, but I saw it as such). If my memory is correct, it was a porcelain and metal carousel that would spin around. On it were little porcelain (?) animals (more like animal heads on stubby bodies, like the Playskool's Little People), but they weren't set on the carousel. They were maybe an inch and a half tall, and as the carousel turned, the animals would take a little detour off the carousel and travel along this little bridge and then they would end up back on the carousel. I remember it being loud (maybe a dinging), so I didn't watch it go very often, but it was fascinating, and I'd love to see if my memories are correct. I'm so hoping this rings a bell (no pun intended) with someone. Thanks!!
